1. Who We Are

TyLinks VPN ("we", "us", "our") operates a personal VPN service accessible at connect.tylinks.com. We are committed to protecting your privacy and operating a transparent, trustworthy service.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the absolute minimum required to provide the service:

• Email address — used to create your account, send your login credentials, and communicate service updates.
• Full name — optionally provided during signup, used only for account identification.
• Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number, CVV, or banking details. See Section 6.

We do not collect: your real IP address, DNS queries, browsing history, connection logs, bandwidth usage tied to your identity, or any metadata about your online activity.

3. No-Log Policy

TyLinks VPN is a strict no-log service. This means:

• We do not record which websites or services you access through the VPN.
• We do not log your originating IP address or the VPN IP assigned to you.
• We do not store connection timestamps, session durations, or bandwidth consumed per session.
• We do not perform deep packet inspection or monitor the content of your traffic.
• We cannot identify what you did online while connected — because we never recorded it.

Our VPN servers are configured to avoid storing any information that could be used to trace activity back to a specific user.

4. How We Use Your Information

Your email address is used solely for:

• Delivering your account credentials and WireGuard configuration files.
• Sending expiry reminders and service notifications.
• Responding to support requests you initiate.
• Processing subscription renewals via Stripe.

We do not sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes.

5. WireGuard Encryption

All VPN traffic is protected using the WireGuard® protocol, which employs state-of-the-art cryptography:

• Curve25519 for key exchange
• ChaCha20 for symmetric encryption
• Poly1305 for message authentication
• BLAKE2s for hashing
• SipHash24 for hashtable keys
• HKDF for key derivation

Your WireGuard private key is generated uniquely for your device and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers. Only your public key is held on our infrastructure.

6. Payment Processing

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe (stripe.com/privacy), a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. When you subscribe:

• Your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure forms and never touch our servers.
• We receive only a Stripe customer ID and subscription status to manage your account access.
• Stripe may retain your billing information as required by financial regulations.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data (email, name, subscription status) for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion:

• Your account and personal data are permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.
• Your WireGuard keys are removed from all VPN servers immediately upon deletion.
• Stripe may retain billing records independently as required by law.

8. Cookies and Analytics

The TyLinks VPN portal uses only a single session cookie required for authentication. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party trackers, or analytics platforms. No data is shared with advertising networks.

9. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each with its own privacy policy:

• Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
• Email delivery — transactional emails (account credentials, notifications) sent via SMTP. Email content is limited to account management information only.

10. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data:

• All web traffic is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
• Passwords are hashed using bcrypt before storage.
• Admin access is restricted and separately authenticated.
• VPN servers are isolated and accessible only via authenticated WireGuard tunnels or SSH keys.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you via email.

11. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Deletion — request that we delete your account and all associated data.
• Portability — receive your data in a portable format.
• Objection — object to processing in certain circumstances.

12. Children's Privacy

TyLinks VPN is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page and notify active users by email if the changes are material. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
